Privacy

This website is run by Jon Grattidge, who gives local history talks and walks in Derby. This notice explains what happens to any details you send through the site.

What the site collects

Only what you choose to type into the enquiry form: your name and email address, and any phone number, group details or message you add. The site does not use cookies, advertising or visitor tracking.

Why, and who sees it

Your enquiry is used only so that Jon can reply to you and arrange a talk or walk. It is delivered to Jon’s email by Formspree, a form service that keeps a copy for a limited period. Your details are not shared with anyone else, and you will not be added to any mailing list.

How long it is kept

Jon keeps enquiries only for as long as he needs them to arrange your talk or walk, and then deletes them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details Jon holds about you, or ask him to delete them, at any time by emailing grattidge1.jg@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how your details have been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
